This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our website and our mobile applications, including Whitrack and AwayCalls (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

How we share information
Service providers
We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf — for example, cloud hosting, data storage, analytics, and customer support tools. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OLUM, our users, or the public.
We do not sell your information
OLUM does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as it is needed to provide the Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete it or to de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also adjust your device settings to limit certain automatic data collection, and you may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
