What we do
OLUM LLC is a privately held software company registered in New Mexico. We build vertical software — products designed end to end for a single industry, rather than general-purpose tools stretched to fit everyone.
We develop and maintain our applications in-house, and we publish them on the Apple App Store and the web. Everything we release is built and owned by our own team — not outsourced, and not assembled from someone else’s product.
What we build
Field-service CRM for technicians.
For HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other trades: schedule and dispatch jobs, assign work to technicians, track jobs from booking to completion, and keep customer and job history in one place.
An AI receptionist for inbound calls.
AwayCalls answers a business’s incoming phone calls with an AI receptionist, so callers reach a helpful voice instead of voicemail when no one is free to pick up.

Our approach
A general-purpose tool tries to be a little useful to everyone and ends up indispensable to no one. We take the opposite bet: pick one industry, learn how the work actually happens, and build software shaped to it.
Depth beats breadth when software has to hold up on a real job rather than in a demo. Fewer, sharper features are easier to trust, easier to support, and closer to how the work is really done — which is exactly why we keep each product narrow on purpose.
